It's a petition 2023-2 the petition of National Grid to install one two foot conduits 12 feet from pole number one, two, one eight on Forest Street to an approved meter cabinet for underground service. The underground electrical conduit will be located in accordance with the plan filed on Lebanon Street plan. I was supposed to have been joined by a National Grid representative tonight, and maybe he got stuck in traffic. So I'll briefly explain the project. As you said, it's 12 feet of underground conduit from an existing utility pole to a meter cabinet. This is part of a project that National Grid did on Forest Street at the corner of Lebanon and Forest to relocate an underground regulator vault. I have attached to the order a letter with some recommendations and conditions for National Grid. Basically, they must notify the property owners in
▶ 20:29 the vicinity and they must clean up and and fix anything that is damaged it due to the work. They're responsible for police details. So the standard conditions that we have for this kind of work. I'd be happy to answer any questions. Are there any questions from the council? Counsel gerepe, it's just a sidewalk. Are you going to open up the street? Are they going to open up the street too? It's just the sidewalk for this conduit. And is the new cabinet I'm sorry.
