Jamala, Deen Stuart obremski and president Chris. Cinella EX officio in this serves as a notice of Quorum for the record in accordance with the opening meeting law tonight's meeting will be recorded and is being broadcast on TV by our partners at mmtv as well as live streamed on their website at mmtv3.org and we thank them for their service at this time all motion by unanimous consent to open public comment.
