▶ 18:39 Ryan Williams: Well since we have nobody here, nobody online, I will motion by unanimous consent to close public comment. And public comment is now closed. We have one order before us tonight item. It's a petition 2023-2 the petition of National Grid to install one two foot conduits 12 feet from pole number one, two, one eight on Forest Street to an approved meter cabinet for underground service. The underground electrical conduit will be located in accordance with the plan filed on Lebanon Street plan. Number three zero six six eight zero and we all have a public hearing on the same matter later tonight before the full Council starting at 7:30 pm. We have Vonnie Reese the city engineer with us tonight, and I'll make a motion to suspend the rules.
