▶ 0:25 Jaclyn L. Bird: Good evening, everyone. Be it the hour of 725, I would like to call to order the Public Service Committee of the Melrose Board of Aldermen. Today is Monday, July 27, 2015. My name is Jaclyn Bird. I'm the chair of this committee. And with us this evening are voting Member, our vice chairman, Alderman Frank Wright, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Forbes, and Alderman Mortimer. We also have non-voting Member of the committee here with us this evening. alderman Boisselle alderman lemmerman and i believe that's it for the moment um this meeting is being recorded in accordance with mass open meeting law motion to open the floor for public participation madam chairman thank you and seconded by alderman forbes um on the motion all those in favor aye aye

Tonight's public service committee meeting has one item on the agenda. It's an appointment to the conservation commission. Motion to close public participation, Madame Chairman. Second. ▶ 2:56 at your uh so you get a your resume impressive resume attached to the order so thank you this is the floor for you to give us some information thank you uh good evening i'm adam chair Member of the board my name is zachary drench i'm a resident at 24 south cedar park i've lived there for just about eight years i have two children at the lincoln going into fourth grade and second grade this fall i'm an attorney by profession primarily in the area of real estate environmental law i started at hale and door when it was hale and door it's now wilmer hale moved on to rackman sawyer and brewster for a number of years and just recently moved from combined properties in malden to a real estate firm by the name of learner and homes in downtown boston i would like to

Tramontozzi: join the conservation commission because after eight years of living in what i think is a fantastic city contributing by doing some soccer coaching along the way i think it's high time that i gave back more to the community i do have a background in environmental law and when i saw the opening for the conservation commission it seemed like a logical way to help out the city Well, we'd certainly appreciate your volunteering for this position and your background information and credentials are impressive and should fit nicely in the Conservation Commission.
