▶ 0:25 Jaclyn L. Bird: Good evening, everyone. Be it the hour of 725, I would like to call to order the Public Service Committee of the Melrose Board of Aldermen. Today is Monday, July 27, 2015. My name is Jaclyn Bird. I'm the chair of this committee. And with us this evening are voting members, our vice chairman, Alderman Frank Wright, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Forbes, and Alderman Mortimer. We also have non-voting members of the committee here with us this evening.
