▶ 0:25 Jaclyn L. Bird: Good evening, everyone. Be it the hour of 725, I would like to call to order the Public Service Committee of the Melrose Board of Aldermen. Today is Monday, July 27, 2015. My name is Jaclyn Bird. I'm the chair of this committee. And with us this evening are voting members, our vice chairman, Alderman Frank Wright, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Forbes, and Alderman Mortimer. We also have non-voting members of the committee here with us this evening. alderman Boisselle alderman lemmerman and i believe that's it for the moment um this meeting is being recorded in accordance with mass open meeting law motion to open the floor for public participation

Bird: any opposed the floor is now open for public participation this is the portion of the meeting Where any member of the public can come and speak before any item on this agenda this evening. Tonight's public service committee meeting has one item on the agenda. It's an appointment to the conservation commission.

Public participation for public service committee is now closed. As I mentioned, we have one order this evening for public service. It is order 2016-4, appointment of Zachary D. Drench, 24 South Cedar Park, to the Conservation Commission for a three year term, said term to end on the last day of February 28th.
