Joining me tonight are voting members Vice Chair Chen, Councilor Romanul, Councilor Obremski, Councilor Kowal, and President Freeman. This takes place of attendance roll call and provides notice of the quorum for the record. In accordance with open meeting law, this meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access channel, MMTV, as well as livestreamed on MMTV's website.
