▶ 0:00 Cal Finocchiaro: Welcome and good evening. The time is 6:50 PM on Monday, May 4th. This is a meeting of the Protection and License Committee. I'm Councilor Finocchiaro, the chair. Joining me tonight are voting members Vice Chair Chen, Councilor Romanul, Councilor Obremski, Councilor Kowal, and President Freeman. This takes place of attendance roll call and provides notice of the quorum for the record. In accordance with open meeting law, this meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access channel, MMTV, as well as livestreamed on MMTV's website. It'll be available for future viewing through the City of Melrose's website meeting portal.
