Joining me are voting members, uh, consulate RO and Council Hammond Hamilton, and also present are non-voting member. Yeah, I think I'm gonna leave you. Okay. Um, this meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee is being recorded live on MMTV and will be available online at the city website, www.cityofmelrose.org. At this time, if there are no objections and with unanimous consent, I will open the public comment portion of our meeting, seeing no objections, public comment is now open. As a reminder, this is the portion of the meeting where any member of the public may speak on items on our

We have, we have two license renewals and a new common Vicular application before us. It requires a vote. The first license is 1 1 9 3 2. And that is the, um, common Vicular renewals for 2025. Um, we have a new, um, a new Common Vic license number, our ID number 1, 2 1 5 4, um, common Vic application for a planted organic cafe.
▶ 33:49 Mark Garipay: Um, seeing that we have the applicant in front of us, I will take a, um, motion to suspend rule 37 B so we can hear from the applicant. So moved. Second. So, um, planted organic cafe. We're gonna be, um, offering organic dairy free menu. Um, we'll be serving acai bowls, smoothie bowls, smoothies.
