▶ 31:28 Mark Garipay: Okay. Um, this meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee is being recorded live on MMTV and will be available online at the city website, www.cityofmelrose.org. At this time, if there are no objections and with unanimous consent, I will open the public comment portion of our meeting, seeing no objections, public comment is now open. As a reminder, this is the portion of the meeting where any member of the public may speak on items on our agenda, in person or remotely. Um, seeing no members in the gallery looking to speak, is there anyone online? There is not. Um, there's no one online, uh, in person or virtual. And if there are no obje objections, I will close the public portion, public comment portion of the meeting tonight. Uh, public comment is now closed tonight. We have, we have two license renewals and a new common Vicular application before us. It requires a vote. The first license is 1 1 9 3 2.
