Hi Spencer is a senior at Melrose High School participating in the internship program Spencer is really interested in Civic engagement and local politics. He'll be working with me some of the things he's hoping to work on are looking at zoning looking at affordable housing looking at Safe Streets and looking at CPA. So he'll
