I just wanted to take the opportunity to introduce everyone to my new intern that will be working with me. This spring Spencer Lewis who is here joining us. Hi Spencer is a senior at Melrose High School participating in the internship program Spencer is really interested in Civic engagement and local politics. He'll be working with me some of the things he's hoping to work on are looking at zoning looking at affordable housing looking at Safe Streets and looking at CPA. So he'll be attending meetings with me attending Hew and just getting to learn about our city of Melrose from this lens and I just want to encourage others other City counselors other members of the city government and the community to consider participating in the internship program at Melrose High School in the future. I know that I'm gonna get more out of it probably than Spencer will but hopefully this will be a great educational opportunity for him as well. So, thank you and Spencer. Welcome a
