I'm councilor Karm chady the chair joining me our vice chair Obremski and voting members Jamal Dean Stewart Williams and president Grigoraitis ex officio and non-voting members counselor. Sonella. This takes place of an attendance roll call this also provides notice of a quorum for the record. And accordance with open meeting law this meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access Channel mmtv, as well as live streamed through the mmtv.org. This is a time where any member of the public may speak on any agenda item that we have before us the committee will not engage in back and forth dialogue, but we'll listen to what each person has to say at this time. So we have a motion to recommend for full passage by counselor Stewart. second ed by counselor jamaladin All in favor. The third order is ordered 2023-64 reappointment of Peter Bowman 24 Arlington Road to the Melrose Library Board of Trustees for a three-year term said term to expire the last day of February 2026. The fourth order is order number 2023-65 reappointment reappointment of Daniel O'Neil 340 Main Street number 7103 to the Melrose Cemetery commission for three-year term said term to expire on the last day of February 2026. And this is also offered by mayor Paul broderman chair. I will make a motion to recommend this to full Council second.
