▶ 0:32 Manjula Karamcheti: And accordance with open meeting law this meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access Channel mmtv, as well as live streamed through the mmtv.org. This meeting will be available for future viewings on the city of Melrose website meeting portal as well. At this time, we are moving into the public comment portion of the meeting. This is a time where any member of the public may speak on any agenda item that we have before us the committee will not engage in back and forth dialogue, but we'll listen to what each person has to say at this time. I'll motion by unanimous consent for opening public comment. Seeing no objections public comment is now open.

▶ 1:29 Manjula Karamcheti: At this time our motion for unanimous consent to close public comment. Seeing no objections public comment is now closed. We have four orders before us this evening all of which are reappointments to different committees and commissions. The first order is order 2023-62 reappointment of David Hoff at 46 Warwick Road to the commission on disability for a three-year term said to expire on the last day of February 2026. And this is offered by mayor Paul Broder and sponsored by mayor Broder as well.
