Counselor migliarelli counselor bremsky and President Grigoraitis also with us our non-voting members carmichetti. Well, I'm sorry one license in front of us. That requires a vote. It is licensed number 2023-5 the application of Sagamore golf Inc. DBA Mount Hood Memorial Park and Golf Course. 100 Slayton Road Melrose for a common victual license and at this time I will hear a motion to suspend the rules so that we can hear from the applicants. I'd like to invite Richard and Dean from Sagamore golf to come up in tell us. a little bit about the application and in Mount Hood floor is yours. Great. Thank you very much pleasure to be here. Thanks for having us. My name is Richard Loff. I'm president owner of Sagamore golf Inc. And with me I've Dean Scotto who is the general manager of the Mount Hood operation and we? As in the license, we have a few components for the food license at Mount Hood. We have a snack bar component which will be devoted primarily to the Daily golf customer.
▶ 7:33 We'll have a function business which would be hosting showers weddings birthdays reunions. That will be in the main main hall and the car room as well and then pending liquor approval. We are hoped to be introducing a beverage cart service as well on the golf course. There are when there are no functions in place in the main hall. We hope to be adding a few tables inside for golf customers after the rounds of golf to have an air conditioned space during hot, you know, he that might not want to just sit at the bar the snack bar so we want to make it a little more. Full service sit down and wait for the customers there. Does anybody have any questions regarding those components of thank you food operation. I'll just note that this is for the common vehicular

There is a question regarding the um the health in acceptance within the packet has that been cleared up when it came to us before full Council? The health inspection, I believe that has been cleared up and signed off on and I believe Joanne forwarded a revised version of that great great. I just want to make sure that was good for the public record and second. You mentioned that this this virtual license extends. to golf carts as well as indoor or is this only for indoor service? that I Don't have an answer for you. Not my understanding is it would be just it would
▶ 9:27 Robb Stewart: be inside but We would have to we were to be selling sandwiches and so forth on the bed the beverage the food and beverage cart that we we hope to have but that is pending upon licensing from The Liquor Commission Okay, the reason why I give pause for this is when that came to us before regarding the concern about liquor being served on a golf cart on the golf course, and there was a number of constituents that were opposed to this. I was also supposed to then and I don't believe that it's conducive or the environment to extend onto the golf course itself, but I will leave that to the Liquor Commission and because that's their Decision to make but I do want to express my concern about that particularly for
▶ 10:25 Robb Stewart: some of the concerns that has caused the neighbors along the the golf course and what I would only express is that you keep that in mind as you move forward. Thanks. May I comment on that? I I'm very aware of the concerns of the neighbors and I have been in touch with my Myron Dittmer from the association the neighborhood association, and even I have exchanged emails, and I've forwarded him a proposal that we're going to bring before the Liquor Commission regarding our policies and procedures. Should we be allowed to have a food and beverage cart? He's I want everybody involved in the process get feedback from everybody. So that's that's in motion. And like I said, hopefully bring that before the Liquor Commission committee

I know it was a longer process than we had hoped for and I do want to acknowledge Joan Bell in the Parks Commission for their diligence and getting you all before us I represent the ward that contains Mount Hood there is definitely a lot of excitement and of course some trepidation and I would

Thank you for being open and collaborative and I would motion to recommend for Passage. second we have our motion to recommend the passage by President Grigoraitis seconded by Vice chair.
