I am counselor Sean McMaster under rule 48 of the Rules of Order of the Melrose city council the president pro temporary as a senior member of the body shall provide over the caucus to nominate a president for the ensuing year in accordance with the rule 48 the caucus shall be held in the first Monday in December Madam Claire.
