▶ 13:23 Shawn M. MacMaster: Good evening. The hour being 7:30 pm on Monday December 5th, 2022. I called to order this caucus of the Melrose city council. I am Council of Sean McMaster under rule 48 of the Rules of Order of the Melrose city council the president pro temporary as a senior member of the body shall preside over the caucus to nominate a president for the ensuing year in accordance with rule 48. The caucus shall be held in the first Monday in December Madam Claire.
