I am consulation McMaster the chair of the committee joining me. This evening is vice chair Williams consulate Echols consulate garape Council of Commerce City and President sanela exophicio. We also have joining us non-voting members counselor Stewart and consulate bremski. At this time, I would entertain a motion to open the floor for public comment. So at this point we have one item on our agenda this evening. It is order number 20 22 113 position of National Grid to install one new manhole over newly installed conduits offered by mayor Broder this time. I would entertain a motion to suspend the rules. Mysteries if you could just present the the order and then we can turn it over to National Grid. Thank you. The grant of location is being requested for a manhole to be installed over the the conduit that National Grid is the electrical conduit. The National Grid is currently installing on Rose Street. It's within the same alignment as the conduit and is all 100% in the right of way. So if there are any questions, we'd be happy to answer those. Are any questions from any members of the committee? They they believe that there was some markings on Porter Street, like there was going to be some excavation on Porter for Porter Street in front of the parking lot employee parking lot. Okay, good evening counselors. We wouldn't be going, you know to support our streets. We'll just be on Rose streets. Coming from Green streets or just thrown into the parking lots into a new switchgear equipment and hop back on Rose streets. That was the hospital. So we'll be doing anything on Porter streets. just cutting across Yeah, just just Rose Street. Nothing important. Yes, no, nothing important. Yeah, because they

There's another construction. Yeah, so I am representing National with electric. Okay, yeah. So as of now any electrical work for the parking lots completed. and it's just running the conduit down the rest of Rose Street towards the emergency room of the hospital corrects as well as installing the Manhole on the streets. Okay, and then if you can explain a little bit what a man.

It's just an intermediary pull points, you know from cable coming from all the way from Green streets. Because the challenges when our guys started installing the cable. And it's more like the tone they couldn't achieve, you know gradual Bend into the parking lots. So that points, you know seems some kind of scent like some kind of congestion is like a bottle neck that they couldn't pull the cable so they need an intermediary manhole.
