I am consulation McMaster the chair of the committee joining me. This evening is vice chair Williams consulate Echols consulate garape Council of Commerce City and President sanela exophicio. We also have joining us non-voting members counselor Stewart and consulate bremski. At this time, I would entertain a motion to open the floor for public comment.
