I had the license for a taxi, but, uh, you know, uh, within you, I didn't renew my license because it was impacted for the covered 19.
▶ 29:53 Mark Garipay: so what happened is I reapply again now you know I had the business so you know my business was being affected for the COVID-19 that's why we didn't I didn't renew it last year I didn't have we didn't have a chance to renew it so now I'm reapplying to continue my business as a taxi in the Melrose you know area Okay, uh, thank you very much for that. Um, we were made aware that, um, you had previously had, uh, had a hackney license and then, uh, in Melrose and it, um, and it, uh, expired due to, due to COVID. And this is just a, it's a new application, but in, you know, it's kind of a renewal too, but it, we, because of the, because it did expire, we had to process it as a new application. So let's
