It's a for a application for a hacking license and it looks looks like everything's in order. But if I can turn it over to you, if you want to say a couple words. And then if any counselors have any questions, we'll allow them to ask it when you're when you're all set. Okay, you want to say a few words? I'll, I'll turn it over to you.
▶ 29:28 Speaker 8: All right, thank you. Uh, good evening guys. Uh. Uh, my name is, uh, uh, uh, I live Boston, uh, uh, what happened is, uh, last year we had, uh, we had this business. I had the license for a taxi, but, uh, you know, uh, within you, I didn't renew my license because it was impacted for the covered 19. so what happened is I reapply again now you know I had the business so you know my business was being affected for the COVID-19 that's why we didn't I didn't renew it last year I didn't have we didn't have a chance to renew it so now

▶ 30:26 Mark Garipay: Okay, uh, thank you very much for that. Um, we were made aware that, um, you had previously had, uh, had a hackney license and then, uh, in Melrose and it, um, and it, uh, expired due to, due to COVID. And this is just a, it's a new application, but in, you know, it's kind of a renewal too, but it, we, because of the, because it did expire, we had to process it as a new application. So let's I'll turn it over to any councillors, if any councillors have any questions.

▶ 31:01 Jen Grigoraitis: Thank you, Mr. Chairman, and thank you, Mr. Ahmed, for joining us tonight. I just wanted to say that we're all sorry to hear about the impact of your business due to the pandemic. We know that so many of our small business owners face real hardship, and we're really thrilled that you're before us again tonight. And I hope that things are more successful this go-round, and I would motion to recommend for passage.
