▶ 1:14:19 Cory Thomas: the team won their first ever mwca state dual meet championship and received year-long team contributions from wrestlers jake petty paw michael marr christopher cj marr alex locke mick mcguire robert morrison alec mclaughlin ian gauch sean mackie yusuf beg and so drift and where for the third and four years won the miaa division three north sectional championship behind sectional champion wrestlers adrian sean herbert and sean thomas and sectional place winners otto albanese stephen fogarty shay fogarty victor rodriguez jacob swan matthew hickey and eric pimental and whereas for the second time in school history won the miaa division three state championship behind state champion wrestlers hunter adrian

▶ 1:17:14 we won the state tournament by 41 and a half points and uh complete domination and the dual meet it came down to a freshman winning for us to ice that and was just a great great season i want to thank all the parents that have contributed to such a great uh year and the senior captains and senior leadership was just amazing just a fun program and a lot of volunteers past alumni wrestlers that have come back to help us out and it's sort of a nice family but we've had had some great leadership from these seniors and I'm going to miss them wholeheartedly and just can't thank my coaches enough and like I said the AD and the principal and everybody that's been involved all the way down to the custodians helping us clean the mats.

To see how we can teach our young people to better than we are, to see how we can stand together and work to change our society. We as moms are afraid for our children's life and this work cannot wait and should not wait until we lose one more of our own.

This starts with implicit bias training for all city employees, including police, fire, human resources, and the schools. We will work in partnership with these city departments, the Human Rights Commission, mayor's office to support funding for these trainings it is only when we invest our time

In turn, elected officials and city staff must be open to reevaluating practices and procedures to ensure an anti-racist approach. We recognize that racism goes beyond the walls of City Hall, police, fire, and the schools.

MacMaster: request that the Chair of Appropriations reconsider that motion in light of the fact that there were multiple Councilors who voted for some But not all of the stabilization accounts, I think it would be prudent that we'd be given the opportunity to divide the question and vote again on each 1 separately. For me, I voted on 3, but the others I didn't vote on and as I said, at the appropriations committee meeting, I don't think it's an up or down vote. We're talking about a considerable amount of money here. And if it is, I'd be inclined to vote against it. I prefer not to because there are some amounts that I do think are important. and I'm particularly supportive of the new stabilization fund relative to OSHA.

I just put that forward if the Appropriations Chair would be willing to withdraw that motion and give me the opportunity to make a motion to divide the question. Chancellor Eccles on discussion. I would be inclined to agree with Councilor McMaster if the Appropriations Committee weren't a committee of the whole, I believe that it's a well-established part of the public record, wherever a councilor did each one of these stabilization funds individually, so I'll be voting to conjoin them in the order.
