I am President Grigoraitis in accordance, sorry, pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law. The governor's March 15th, 2020 order, which was further amended today, March 23rd, imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place. This meeting of the city council is being conducted via remote participation. This meeting will be posted in an audio or video recording
