I am chairman of the committee, Alderman Tramontozzi, with us this evening is Vice Chair Alderman Medeiros. Also, voting members Alderman Boisselle, Alderman McMaster, and the President ex-officio member, President Zwirko. Lemmerman: Boardman Avenue as constable for a three-year term said term to expire in the first Monday of April 2021 doesn't appear that he's here but it is a reappointment what is the wish of the committee motion to recommend motion to recommend by Alderman Boisselle seconded by Alderman Medeiros on discussion Alderman Lemon thank you mr. chair I am NOT a voting member of this committee so I appreciate the opportunity to speak briefly and just want to have this opportunity to thank mr. Snyder for his service he's a neighbor and constituent in Ward 2 and we appreciate his willingness to step forward to serve as constable for another term well thank you for those remarks appreciate he's a neighbor and he's being reappointed so thank you Alderman Medeiros thank you

Tramontozzi: and just to follow up that this is a reappointment and all the paperwork is in order including recommendations and quarry check sign off and be paid so in good standing right yeah that's good point it looks like it's all been all paperwork is in order and it's been signed off um and we do have a motion on the on the floor all in favor aye any opposing none so that um reappointment is recommended to the full board and we'll uh the full board will have an opportunity to vote on that appointment at its next uh scheduled full board meeting motion to adjourn very good nothing further on the agenda we have a motion to adjourn by alderman Boisselle second by alderman medeiros all in favor aye Any opposing?
