▶ 22:48 John N. Tramontozzi: Good evening, the hour is now 7.53 PM. This is Monday, April 9th, 2018, the Protection and License Committee of the Board of Aldermen, the City of Melrose. This meeting, like all of our meetings pursuant to the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law is being recorded and available for viewing at MMTV or on the website. I am chairman of the committee, Alderman Tramontozzi, with us this evening is Vice Chair Alderman Medeiros. Also, voting members Alderman Boisselle, Alderman McMaster, and the President ex-officio member, President Zwirko. Non-voting members, but with us this evening, thank you, is Alderman Bewtra, Alderman Forbes, Alderman Lemmerman, Alderman Kate Lipper-Garabedian.
