And I'd just like to talk about double poles within the city. Specifically, I want to talk about the one on Ruggles Street near the intersection of Howard. My son, Brian, was going into the fifth grade when that pole was switched out. Brian's now almost finishing up eighth grade that double pole is still there so I'm just curious if the board could question National Grid and see if we can move some things along I'm sure there's other neighborhoods with the same issue thanks thank you sir is there anybody else who wishes to speak on any

As previously stated, National Grid Electric is petitioning to install approximately five feet of duct from existing pole 2434 onto the property of 37 Washington Street for service to the new commercial development that's being built there. Are you erecting any new poles? We are not. and can you describe any disruption to the public sidewalk or the public way that will be involved there will be disruption to most likely one sidewalk block in the vicinity and any sidewalk blocks that are disrupted will be replaced okay if you could stand down for one second we just have to see whether there's anyone else who wishes to speak on this or what it before we ask you to come back is there anybody else who wishes to be heard on the

▶ 25:52 Gail Infurna: walkable and commuting route to the t-stations down there especially in the morning so we have our memo from John Shen or Department of Public Works and it does talk about making sure that the street is open for traffic during those commuting times I also want to bring to your attention that there's a daycare down there so that there'll be a lot of parents dropping off and walking into the place so I wonder if there if you could be time sensitive to to that and maybe start at 830 in the morning as opposed to prior to that and that's the actually the only thing that I concern I have because everything else is addressed in the letter from dpw so i would ask that the letter of dpw put into the records of

Wright Jr.: sensitive to the time which probably would be about four o'clock 8 30 to 4. thank you thank you thank you all been right thank you mr president um i appreciate uh alderman inferno's comments uh there's somebody who uh drives down there to oak grove in the morning quite often and back in the afternoon i would even ask that considering the location of this pole and this conduit being across from brazil street and the fact that the way the curbing is there it kind of juts out at pork chops out there's so much traffic there at rush hour people coming and going from the train both in cars on bicycles and walking and you can only walk on that side of the street that I would suggest and respectfully to all of an inferno that

Wright Jr.: limit your work to 930 to 330 only because there's so much going on right at that particular location that I'd hate to see somebody get picked off because they walk in the street or the bike trying to get around that little you know there's that cut out in the sidewalk there and that bikes have to swerve out into traffic so and to have a work crew they would make it even more difficult so that's a motion to add that as a condition number six Alderman I would I guess move to amend that the condition that Alderman Inferno had proposed to working hours of 930 to 10 to 330 you know second okay is the discussion relative to the motion to amend to include those work hours all those in favor the motion to amend please indicate by saying aye anyone
