It's my understanding that the open forum is going to be scheduled to June 1st regarding the water and sewer rates. Um, we've been to numerous meetings with the alderman, um, with the department of, um, water and sewer. Um, I would, we're just asking that you please consider doing something with the current tiers, the tier rate. Um, right now, um, the way it is, it is becoming a hardship for our property. Um, we're trying to be an affordable housing community. and with these rates it's just driving us to raise our rents and that's something that we we don't wish to do but right now this is where it's going um again we hope that you can take
