Is there anyone opposed? Motion passes. This is the portion of our meeting where any member of the public can come to the table in the center of the room and speak on any order on our agenda.

It's my understanding that the open forum is going to be scheduled to June 1st regarding the water and sewer rates. Um, we've been to numerous meetings with the alderman, um, with the department of, um, water and sewer. Um, I would, we're just asking that you please consider doing something with the current tiers, the tier rate. Um, right now, um, the way it is, it is becoming a hardship for our property. Um, we're trying to be an affordable housing community. and with these rates it's just driving us to raise our rents and that's something that we we don't wish to do but right now this is where it's going um again we hope that you can take this all in consideration when the decision is made to do the 2000 fiscal 2016 rates yes so i ask you i'll be here again june 1st thank you thank you motion to close public participation
