▶ 0:11 Jaclyn L. Bird: Good evening. Be at the hour of 7.30. I would like to call to order the Public Service Committee of the Melrose Board of Aldermen. Today is Tuesday, April 21st, 2015. I'm Alderman Bird, chair of this committee, and with us this evening are committee members Alderman Tramontozzi and Alderman Forbes, along with non-voting members of the committee, Alderman Boisselle, Alderman Infurna, Alderman Medeiros, and President Kahn. Pursuant to the open meeting law, notice is hereby given that this meeting is being reported by MMTV. Motion to open the floor for public participation. Second. Alderman Chairman Tosi moves to open the floor for public participation, seconded by Alderman Forbes. All in favor?

This is the portion of our meeting where any member of the public can come down and speak on any item on our agenda this evening.
