I'm Alderman Bird, chair of this committee, and with us this evening are committee members Alderman Tramontozzi and Alderman Forbes, along with non-voting members of the committee, Alderman Boisselle, Alderman Infurna, Alderman Medeiros, and President Kahn. Pursuant to the open meeting law, notice is hereby given that this meeting is being reported by MMTV.
