Any opposed order is held and then order 202. 2-1 20 reauthorization of city of Melrose revolving fund table as first adopted by city ordinance June 18th, 2018 in annually, thereafter revolving funds are further authorized under Massachusetts General Law chapter 44 section 53e and a half.
