I'm counselor Stewart the chair of Public Service joining me our vice chair Obremski and voting member Eccles Council eckards in that gives us. enough for a quorum in accordance with the open meeting a lot. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access Channel mmtv, as well as live streamed through mmtv3.org.
