▶ 14:31 Speaker 10: of when I was young I won't bore you too long. But when I was asked as a young girl what I wanted to be growing up, I used to say the second woman president because I figured at that point in time when I had become old enough that surely there would have been a woman president already. Unfortunately. We're not quite there yet. But at this point in my life, I am committed to continuing to advance parody for women and girls and would love to be more involved here in the community of Melrose. I've lived here now for about six years live over on Cottage Street with my husband and my three and one year old sons who I am very excited to show very early on how best they can be allies and supportive. I was asked well pregnant. You know what I was having the typical. What are you having question? I would tell people I was having a feminist and that is exactly what I have and what I plan to raise and very excited to entertain any questions. You may have my candidacy.

That you're envisioning. For marrows on on the commission level and on City level.

I haven't had a chance yet to get to know who the other commission members are but excited to take my strengths and meet with my hopefully listening to be fellow. Commission members and see how we can best combine. You know what I love to do in terms of advocating for parity and turn that into action here in Melrose with some of my other colleagues strengths and ways we can

And what is it that we provide for them to empower them and to support them during their maternity leave during their you know sick time. child care support and all this so I would encourage the commission and woman also if they can pair with the leadership in marrows and our mayor's office, of course to work on that.
