▶ 1:18 Jen Grigoraitis: with our agenda tonight, I just wanted to take a moment of privilege to acknowledge the loss of Scott Forbes who was laid to rest by his family today. Scott lived a life of service to his country to his community to Veterans into his family. He served as the award 7 counselor and also served as city council president and it is a huge loss for him for his family for this community. And for veterans at large, and I know that all of our hearts are with his family, so I just wanted to take a moment for all of us to Bow our heads.
