I am chairwoman Leila Migliorelli joining me remotely is vice chair Jamaleddine and in person counselors sanela Eccles Carm chady McMaster Stewart and president Grigoraitis ex officio. This serves as a notice of a quorum for the record. Please note that because we have a member participating remotely all motions will require a roll call vote in accordance with open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on mmtv. Now I will entertain a motion to open the floor for public comment. So move second.
