Join me, our vice chair Sin and councilors, Gar Pay Chetty President, uh, Gregory Race, exofficio and non-voting members. Uh, Eccles, uh, council Eccles. And that's it. Um, this provides notice of a quorum for the record and in accordance with the open Meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local access cable channel, mtv, as well as live streamed through MTV three.org. It'll be available for future viewing through the City of Melrose's website. And on the meeting portal. And without objection, I will open the floor for public comment.
