▶ 3:48 Speaker 3: Yes. Good evening, everybody. My name is Annabel Shields. Live at 2 0 6 Beach Ave Melrose. Um, I would like to, uh, request a special license to have four dogs. I have had four dogs for probably about 10 months now. Not knowing that I was in violation of anything, because I came to get my license and, uh, I was told that I needed this. Not a problem. I've always had a three dogs. But when my other dog died, about a year ago, somebody approached me and asked if I'd take two dogs in, and I did. Voila. I have four. So they're all small dogs. They're all licensed. I have kept up their, all their shots and everything. I have them groomed right next door, a pristine pet. Um, and I have had neighbors I think, send in, um, some information saying that there's no issues with the dogs. There's no complaints about noise or anything like that. It's, it's the number, I guess that's in question. So I am re asking if, if, if I could have my special license.

▶ 4:56 Speaker 3: I have, um, Japanese chins and I have, um, uh, uh, a chin mix. And I have a, a, uh, what do you call it? Like, what did I say? Bri bijon. Frie and, uh, dawon. They're all small. Oh, little ones too. Yeah. They're all, all the little guys. Yeah. And one of 'em was so ferocious, went after a Turkey this morning. Oh. So it was the smallest one. But, uh, and I was nervous coming here today, but I understand the rules, um, and I just wanna make sure that I'm doing everything correct.
