▶ 0:04 Mark Garipay: Good evening. It is seven 15 on Monday, May 8th, and this is the Meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee. I'm Council Gar, the chair. Joining me tonight are Vice Chair Stewart Voting members, councilor mig Lee Orelli, and President Grigoraitis. Also non-voting member, uh, with us is Counselor Ella. This meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee is being recorded live on MMT V and will be available online at the city website, www.cityofmelrose.org. Tonight we have a public hearing before us for a request to grant a special license to House four Dogs at 2 0 6 Beach Ave. At this time, I will entertain a motion to open the public hearing,
