▶ 3:27 Speaker 5: Oh, that, that was weird. Um, hi everybody. Um, so this, uh, order before you is the result of, um,

▶ 3:38 Speaker 6: in 2016 there was a drainage relocation project done in this neighborhood. And previously the drainage pipe went through the property at 22 Stowecroft Road. Um,

▶ 3:52 Speaker 5: the pipe was relocated into the street and no longer, um, the pipe that's going through their yard is no longer needed. Um, and so at the request of the property owner, we would like to release the easement back to, to them so that, um, there is no longer an easement on their property. Uh, we have no use for it anymore and, um, it's, we consider this a reasonable request.
