▶ 2:22 Speaker 5: Thanks. Uh, so we're here tonight to present this petition. Um, the reason this Grand River location is required is, uh, for new electrical service to the library, um, which is being renovated right now. So, um, the grant of location is across the right of way on the sidewalk, um, along the side of Lake Ave, adjacent to the library. And it's about 50 feet, um, of 2, 2 4 inch conduits that will be installed, um, from a pole in the sidewalk to the transformer at, on the library property itself.
