I am chairwoman Lila Elli. Also joining me tonight from the council, our Vice Chair, Aldine Councilors, Eckles, Gar Kam Shady Reky and Stewart. This serves as a notice of a quorum. For the record, uh, for the council, please note for the record that since Mayor Broder is traveling outside of the country per our city charter, pursuant Greg to serving as acting mayor and therefore cannot participate in
