▶ 2:30 Leila Migliorelli: Madam President. So welcome here, little League Champions. We're gonna read your resolution and you guys get to take a photo up with us. So whereas the 2023 Melrose Little League U 10 team won the Massachusetts U 10 Baseball State championship, whereas they're the first team in Melrose Little League history to win a state title. Whereas the team placed second in the New England Regional Championship and were the first Melrose team to participate in this tournament. Whereas these young players exhibited good sportsmanship on and off the fields of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Therefore, we recognize the players, coaches, and parents for their dedication, hard work and success. This was submitted by Councillor Greg, president Greg iis and myself.
