Also joining me tonight, our Vice Chair Aldine counselors, Ella Gareg, Karram, Chay, Reky, Stewart, and Williams, and President Greg. Greg ex officio. This serves as a notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with open meeting law. This meeting's being recorded and broadcast live on M M T V. Now I will motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, we are now open for public comment. This is a portion of the meeting when anyone can comment on any item on our agenda. Seeing no one in person, is there anyone online?

Since we have members of the administration here tonight to speak on the items before us, I'd like to motion by unanimous consent to suspend Rule 37 B before we proceed. Seeing no objection, rule 37 B is now suspended. First on our agenda tonight is appropriation 2024 dash seven and appropriation from ambulance retained earnings in the amount of $7,416 and 83 cents. Um, we were supposed to have Chief Gini here with us tonight, but he's out sick. Um, what is the will of the committee?
