The first order is, uh, appointment 2024 dash 16 reappointment of Assistant City Clerk for a one year term, said term ending on March 1st, 2025. Uh, uh, with unanimous consent and no objections. Um, I will suspend the rules so that we can hear, um, from Clerk Foot.

As you saw from the attachments, this is an annual requirement of the City charter. It is section one, uh, I'm sorry, article one section 56 10. It's an annual appointment. It is up every year in March. It's required by charter. Um, Mrs. Pipe is amazing. I'm sure some of you have seen her worked with her organized. She is right hand, she's a backup to the city clerk. I cannot more highly recommend a talented and dedicated employee to the city. And I'm open to any questions.

▶ 20:13 Speaker 3: Uh, this order will go to the full City Council with a recommendation of passage. Uh, our next, uh, order before us is, uh, transfer 2024 dash one, uh, transfer in the amount of $3,200 from salary and wages to equipment maintenance. Um, we are still under suspension of the rules. Um, Madam Clerk, will you, uh, present this order to us? Sure. Um, thank you. So the pole pad equipment have a small printer. They were purchased in 2020. They're four years old, obviously, and at that time, the only existing technology were round rolls of 500 stickers. They're extremely expensive. The technology has changed so that now they're round rolls of paper receipts. And we will have a cost savings of $26 per roll. Still 500. But, um, the vendor has given us a buyback portion, so we will be able to buy if it's a, if it's approved by council, new poll pad printers for some of them. And we're gonna keep a few just for in person early voting when someone shows up in person when you put that actual sticker on.
