▶ 17:02 Kimberly Vandiver: Good evening. It is 7 35 Monday, February 12th. And this is a meeting of the Finance Committee. I am Counselor Vandiver, the vice chair. Joining me are voting members, counselor Karen Chetty, counselor Williams and Counselor Remodel, um, as well as Member Exofficio, president Elli and non-voting members. Counselor Jamal and, uh, counselor Occhio. This provides a notice of Quorum for the record in accordance with the open Meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access channel MTV. It will be available for future viewing through the City of Melrose's website@cityofmelrose.org. The public comment portion of the meeting is where any member of the public may speak to items on the agenda at this time, if there are no objections and with the unanimous consent, I'll open the public comment portion of our meeting.
