▶ 2:33 Speaker 3: Good evening. Good evening. Um, so this, and I think the exp I think that's library expense expense. Um, so this is a fines transfer. We have a fines account for any fines and fees that come to the library, go into that specific account, which can then be appropriated into the budget. We don't do this every year. The last year was in fiscal 2021. Um, it is a planned transfer, so there's no unexpected thing happening that's causing this. This was, um, planned as part of our budget planning this year. Um, and proceed code, all funds that go into that account have to be used for the support and maintenance of the public library. And since collections are a primary, uh, reason for our being, um, and a primary expense, we've always used the funds in this way. Hmm.
