▶ 17:37 Jen Grigoraitis: Ryan is relatively new to Melrose. He reached out and volunteered. He's interested in serving on the Historic District Commission, which is the commission that oversees, um, some of the signage and outside regulation for all of of the buildings, which within our historic district, which includes most of Main Street, but also City Hall and Central Fire, which will obviously become an important, um, part going forward as we work on that building project. Um, he is involved in environmental advocacy, which I think is a really important lens as we think about some of the work around historic preservation, about how do we maintain what we have while also making sure that it's, you know, fit for the 21st century. Um, so I am grateful that he was willing to step up

▶ 18:24 Speaker 6: Thank you. Just that, um, uh, as the mayor mentioned, we recently moved to Melrose. Uh, we, uh, main Street and the Historic District was one of the things that drew us to Melrose. And we love being able to walk, uh, from our home downtown. Um, and I have just been looking for a way to get more involved in the community. Um, and hopefully my background in law will allow me to help, uh, make the right decisions, uh, and, you know, move things forward while preserving the history of, of Melrose as well. Thank you.
