And that order is order 2015-10 is the establishment of Veterans Memorial and Restoration Donation Account, fund number 2881 offered by Mayor Dolan. It's been assigned to this committee and would you please enlighten us on this order as well.

▶ 4:46 Speaker 2: sure the absolutely I would love to the advisory board has talked about creating sort of a sustained model for making sure we can restore the monuments and we've done we've done a few the mayor our office in the advisory board and then obviously the the civic groups have been helping us fundraise we've been able to upgrade and update the World War one memorial paint the World War two Memorial the honor roll which also includes the Korean War and the Civil War monuments however we're looking for a placeholder for people who want to donate to the restoration of these memorials and also create sort of a long-term focus and placeholder for the future of these monuments so in a perfect world a monument is installed and created and then there's some type of fund established with it so that it can have perpetual restoration unfortunately most monuments aren't done that way there's a lot of attention paid in the beginning to fundraise and put the monuments in and then years later when the families of those who are honored by the memorial have moved on or time has passed like with the Civil War those funds go away and you have to start thinking about how you're going to restore them and make sure that they are they are in good shape and honoring veterans the way they're supposed to so this is sort of an attempt this is an attempt at that to create a long-term mechanism and accompanying this fund this is the beginning will be a long term plan to make sure that these things are rotated to make sure that they were always looking great in that any other memorials that come up have this type of

Driscoll I just like to add that we're putting together the Veterans Advisory Board a 10-year plan on the restoration of all the memorials and And maybe adding possibly a few more, so we're putting together that plan and once we have it, we'll present it.
