▶ 1:47 Peter D. Mortimer: It is the acceptance of a Massachusetts Civil War Sesquicentennial Commission the FY14 preservation grant in the amount of $3,400, fund number 4012 offered by Mayor Dolan. We have a motion to suspend the rules from Alderman Wright. Second. Seconded by Alderman Inferno that the appropriate city officials, our veterans, superintendent may come forward and members of the veterans board. Mr. Driscoll may come forward. Ryan McClain and Bob Driscoll, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you, gentlemen.
▶ 2:28 Peter D. Mortimer: Good evening. Thank you. Would you like to make a preliminary statement or would you like to proceed right to conversation with the Alderman?
▶ 2:35 Speaker 2: Just that this, I would like to just make a quick opening statement. This is a MAS 150 grant. They're available every year by the State Department of Veterans Services. And we took advantage of this grant by including some of the Civil War work we did as our theme for Memorial Day. money allows us to extend the work a little bit farther we still have some completion to do with the gar memorial and the cemetery which will be the primary focus to make sure that that stays nice nice and complete also add some of the the color during the memorial day ceremony those flowers were temporary we'd like to make stuff like that permanent so it's good this grant money is good and will be put to good use thank you very much mr mclean
▶ 3:18 Speaker 3: Would you like to add anything? No, just part of the money that was money raised by the Operation Gettysburg Club. The middle school students who raised money to match the grant, so just kudos to the students for doing that.

And that order is order 2015-10 is the establishment of Veterans Memorial and Restoration Donation Account, fund number 2881 offered by Mayor Dolan.
