I am Alderman Burns, Chair of the Public Service Committee. And with us this evening are voting members Alderman Chairman Tozzi, Alderman Inferna, Alderman Mortimer, President Kahn. Non-voting members, Alderman Boisselle, Alderman Forbes, Alderman Lemmerman, Alderman McAteer-Margolis, and Alderman Medeiros. Pursuant to the open meeting law, notice is hereby given that this meeting is being recorded by MMTB. Is there a motion to open the floor for public participation?

The floor is now open for public participation. This is the portion of our meeting where any member of the public may come forward and speak on any item on tonight's agenda, of which there is one.
